OutBack vented Inverter/Chargers are the next generation in advanced power management. Utilizing an efficient active cooling design, the VFX3524 provides more power than sealed versions. Each system includes a DC to AC Sinewave inverter, battery charger and AC transfer switch housed within a tough die-cast aluminum chassis.

The VFX3524 is a back-up power, stand-alone or Off-Grid inverter providing the best of both worlds:
· Through the Inverter engine, AC power is made available 24 hours a day providing reliable power and peace-of-mind by converting power from your batteries via solar, wind and hydropower charging sources.
· Through the Battery Charger engine, traditional grid or generator power provides you more than a typical solar inverter, by allowing you run larger loads, quickly recharge batteries and maintain a quiet period.

OutBack Power inverter's power is available just like the local utility grid, high quality AC electricity for your stand-alone or backup power needs and has the ability to go into low power standby mode and also has a high surge current capability.

The unique vented design provides the needed cooling, but protects the internal components with an easily cleaned filter (keeps bugs and other debris out). Plus, all circuit boards are conformal coated to prevent corrosion from airborne moisture in humid conditions.

Robust networked communication is built into all OutBack products providing complete integration. Expanding your system with your growing power needs is as simple as adding additional inverters with modular architecture.

What is FLEXware?:
FLEXware is a convenient all-aluminum power system offering simpler, code-compliant installation of OutBack power electronics components. Three versions of FLEXware are available:
·  FLEXware 250 for single FX Series Inverter/Charger installations along with the desired AC and DC disconnects
·  FLEXware 500, which supports up to two FXs and two MX Charge Controllers, accommodating both split-phase and/or higher power output as needed
·  FLEXware 1000 accommodates up to four FXs and four MX Charge Controllers
