The FLEXnet DC is an Advanced DC System Monitor providing an in-depth view into your system¿s performance and efficiency - users can now see the level of DC power being generated, how much power is consumed, as well as gauge overall battery health in both Amp-Hours, as well as a much more customer relevant, Kilo-Watt hours. Capable of tracking 128 days of data, the FLEXnet DC also helps improve overall system performance and efficiency and can reduce generator run-time/fuel-consumption. The FLEXnet DC is the first DC System Monitor to offer three channel monitoring and has been designed for ease of installation and to be compatible with existing OutBack systems.

How does it work?
The electronics are mounted inside the FLEXnet chassis. The Chassis mounts just like other OBDC style breakers inside the PS2DC or FLEXware DC enclosure. The wiring kit makes it simple to connect all the shunts to the FLEXnet DC.

NOTES:
· FLEXnet DC requires MATE version 4.00. Contact Outback to upgrade your MATE.
· 500A/50mv shunt is NOT included. (One is usually included in the DC disconnect, additional Shunts are available)
· Fuse is recommended and not included, OBDC-1 or other 1 Amp Breaker is also an option.
· If you choose to utilize the FLEXnet DC Aux relay for generator start, other alert purposes etc., it is left up to the user to choose appropriate sized wiring and over-current protection for that wiring.
