These modules are made with back-contact 18-20% efficient Monocrystalline cells laminated behind tempered glass with aluminum frames offering the smallest footprint available for this size module.

They have an industrial-grade junction box on the back ready for 2 each single conductor USE-2 wire or flexible RJ Style Cord (larger panels have traditional J-Box with 1/2" Knockouts). Typical commercial applications of these modules include remote telemetry, instrumentation systems, security sensors, signals, and land-based navigation aids.
